Six promises, each with a way to check it.
Distances in metres, measured on foot
We publish the real walking distance from your hotel to the Haram gate, in metres, with the walk time. Where we have a range, we print the range. Where there is no walking route, we say “shuttle service” instead of inventing a number.
How to check: Open the map. Walk it yourself when you arrive.
Exclusions are as prominent as inclusions
Meals, extra ziyarat, qurbani, laundry, excess baggage. What is not in the price is printed at the same size as what is.
How to check: Compare our exclusions list to anyone else's.
Hotel and visa confirmed in your name within 72 hours
Once your advance is verified, you get confirmations issued in the pilgrim's own name — not in ours, not “on request”, not a screenshot of a booking we might cancel.
How to check: The confirmation carries your name. Your tracker timestamps the moment.
Your booking progresses in public
You get a link that shows every step with the time it happened, safe to forward to family anywhere. No login, and nothing on it that would embarrass you if it spread.
How to check: Forward it to your brother. Watch it update.
Money moves only in the registered company's name
Every quotation, contract and receipt names the registered company, and the only account we will ever ask you to pay into is in that same name. If anyone — including someone claiming to be us — asks you to pay a personal account, refuse.
How to check: The name on the contract matches the name on the bank account.
We say no to what we are not licensed for
We do not offer work visas or overseas employment, because we do not hold the licence for it and nobody without that licence lawfully can. Anyone who offers you one is committing an offence, and you would be the one who pays for it.
How to check: Ask us for a work visa. We will tell you no, in writing.
How the money actually moves
You transfer to the company account
Into the account of HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd — never a personal account, never a different spelling. There is no card form anywhere on this site.
We verify it against the bank
A second person checks the statement. Until that happens it is recorded, not received — and your tracker does not move.
The tracker advances, and you get a receipt
Every step is timestamped on a link you can forward to anyone in the family.

- Hotels may be the named property or similar, as printed on the package.
- Per person price includes visa, ticket, hotel, transport and ziyarat. Meals are not included.
- Saudia direct flights, LHE–JED outbound and JED–LHE return. Flight numbers and timings are confirmed at ticketing.
- Distances are to the nearest mosque gate, not to the Mataf or the Rawdah.
- Elaf Ajyad (Elaf Group, 2-star) is 350–500 m from Ajyad Gate. Guest scores sit around 6/10 — it is in this package for the walk, not the rooms. The approach is uphill; a golf cart runs for that slope.
- Saja Al Madinah (Warwick, 4-star) is 300–400 m / about 4–6 minutes to Bab Al Salam (Gate 25), northern side. New Madinah Hotel (ex-Mövenpick, IHG, 3-star) is 300–500 m to the southern gates.
