Six promises. Each one written so you can check it without our help.
- 01Distances in metres, measured on foot
We publish the real walking distance from your hotel to the Haram gate, in metres, with the walk time. Where we have a range, we print the range. Where there is no walking route, we say “shuttle service” instead of inventing a number.
How to check: Open the map. Walk it yourself when you arrive.
- 02Exclusions are as prominent as inclusions
Meals, extra ziyarat, qurbani, laundry, excess baggage. What is not in the price is printed at the same size as what is.
How to check: Compare our exclusions list to anyone else's.
- 03Hotel and visa confirmed in your name within 72 hours
Once your advance is verified, you get confirmations issued in the pilgrim's own name — not in ours, not “on request”, not a screenshot of a booking we might cancel.
How to check: The confirmation carries your name. Your tracker timestamps the moment.
- 04Your booking progresses in public
You get a link that shows every step with the time it happened, safe to forward to family anywhere. No login, and nothing on it that would embarrass you if it spread.
How to check: Forward it to your brother. Watch it update.
- 05Money moves only in the registered company's name
Every quotation, contract and receipt names the registered company, and the only account we will ever ask you to pay into is in that same name. If anyone — including someone claiming to be us — asks you to pay a personal account, refuse.
How to check: The name on the contract matches the name on the bank account.
- 06We say no to what we are not licensed for
We do not offer work visas or overseas employment, because we do not hold the licence for it and nobody without that licence lawfully can. Anyone who offers you one is committing an offence, and you would be the one who pays for it.
How to check: Ask us for a work visa. We will tell you no, in writing.
We hold no overseas-employment promoter licence. Visit and student files only, assessed honestly and never presented as immigration advice.
How the money moves
There is no card form on this website. Payments go by bank transfer or pay order to HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd, never to a personal account. A second person checks every payment against the bank statement before your tracker moves.
