What we keep, and what we do not

This page is for HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd, trading as HMB Travels, from our desk at Javed Center, Moon Market, Iqbal Town, Lahore. It covers the public site: enquiries, the cost calculator share, fare-check asks, and WhatsApp. It is not a GDPR template copied from another country.

What we collect

Only what we need to answer you:

• Name, WhatsApp number, city, party size, and the service you asked about — from the enquire form.
• The same kind of contact details if you share a calculator budget with us.
• Route, dates and party size if you ask us to look at a fare on the flights page.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, including anything you attach.
• If you arrived from a named ad, the source / medium / campaign trio — written on the enquiry notes so staff know which post you came from. It is not a Meta Pixel, and it is not added to WhatsApp links.

A hidden field on the enquire form exists only to catch bots. If you fill it, we discard the submission.

Separately, the Google Analytics tag and Tag Manager load on every page, and Microsoft Clarity loads after the page is interactive. In Europe a banner asks before those cookies are written. Elsewhere they run unless you turn them off on the cookies page. If you allow it, Analytics counts which pages were opened, and Clarity records how the page is used (clicks, heatmaps, a session replay). If you decline, Google may still receive a cookieless ping, and Clarity is not started. Those reports live on Google's and Microsoft's side, not in our CRM, and they are not tied to your enquire form. We do not send your name or WhatsApp number there.

What we do not collect

• Card numbers. There is no payment form on this site. Money moves by bank transfer into the registered company account, after a written quote.
• Passports, CNICs or other identity documents through the public pages. Those arrive later, on a file we have already opened with you.
• A marketing list. We do not buy lists, we do not sell yours, and we do not add you to a broadcast because you asked one question.

Who sees it

Staff who work your file, on our own CRM. We do not hand your number to a hotel, an airline consolidator, or another agency unless that is required to complete the booking you asked for — and then only the fields that booking needs.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are their own companies. Messages you send there sit on their systems as well as ours. We cannot rewrite their rules.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are also separate companies. Page hits and session recordings from this website go to them.

How long we keep it

An unanswered enquiry stays until we have replied or you ask us to delete it. A booking file stays for as long as we must keep it for tax, licensing and a later claim — years, not weeks. If you never booked, say so and we will close the lead.

Your choices

Reply STOP on WhatsApp and we stop. Email or message us to see what we hold, to correct a name or a number, or to ask us to close an unused lead. Pakistani law (including PECA) still applies; we will not invent European rights we cannot honour.

Courts in Lahore have jurisdiction over disputes about how we handle this data.
