How this site, and a booking, actually work

These terms are for the public website of HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd (HMB Travels) and for work we take on after you ask. A signed quotation, agreement or receipt sits above this page when the two differ. Courts in Lahore have jurisdiction.

This site is information, not a cart

Package sheets, visa pages and fare checks are published so you can check us. They are not a checkout. Nothing on this site takes a payment. A price becomes ours to honour when it is on a written quotation issued by HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd, with a validity date.

What a published price means

Umrah packages name the hotels. Occupancy prices sit in the open — sharing, quad, triple, double — not a “from” figure hiding the room you will actually sleep in. Distances are metres to a named Haram gate, or we say the hotel is shuttle-served. If a package has no number, we will not invent one.

Visit visas

We help you file. The embassy, VAC or portal decides. We do not guarantee a grant, we do not sign as you, and we do not give immigration advice. Anyone who guarantees a visa is lying to you. Our processing fee is for the work of the file, not for the stamp.

Air fares on this site

The flights page is a snapshot of availability, not a ticket and not a PNR. Numbers move. If you want a fare held, ask us in writing. Airline rules on changes, refunds and no-shows travel with the ticket, not with this website.

Money

Bank transfer into an account in the exact name HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd. Never to a person, never to a “sister company”, never to a slightly different spelling — including ours. Visit the office and match the account name before the first rupee if that is what it takes to be sure.

Work visas

We do not offer work visas, jobs abroad, or overseas employment of any kind. We hold no BEOE Overseas Employment Promoter licence. Selling that service without one is a criminal offence. If that is what you need, we cannot help.

Using the site

Do not scrape the fare check to run a competing desk, and do not submit the enquire form as a bot. We may refuse a search or a lead that looks automated. Content on this site is ours unless a hotel, airline or government page is clearly someone else’s.
