What happens if plans change

Get the payment plan and the cancellation terms in writing before the first rupee. That sentence is also on our verify page, because it is the check that matters. This page states the house rules. Your quotation may be stricter or kinder — the quotation wins.

Visit-visa processing fee

PKR 10,000 per applicant is our fee for published destinations (Azerbaijan, Malaysia, UAE, Thailand, Saudi visit). It pays for the work of the file: forms, checks, VAC or portal booking, follow-up. It is not the embassy fee. It is not refunded because a visa was refused — the work was done either way. Embassy, VAC and portal money is theirs, at the rate that day, paid by you; their refund rules are theirs.

Türkiye is quoted by hand. The same honesty applies: our work fee is not a grant.

Umrah packages and other travel we book

Hotels, flights and ground services have their own cancellation windows. We write those windows on the quotation — what is due, when, and what you lose if you cancel or if we must. We do not invent a refund that the supplier will not pay us. If we cancel something we control, you get the unused money back into the account that paid HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd.

Air tickets

A fare on the flights page is not a ticket. Once a ticket is issued, refunds and changes follow the airline’s fare rules recorded on your quotation. We chase the airline; we do not promise their money back faster than they move.

How a refund is paid

Bank transfer, to the same account that paid us, in the name that paid us. Not cash to a staff member. Not a personal JazzCash. If money landed in the wrong name, stop and tell us — that payment should not have been asked for.
