Lahore (LHE) to Jeddah (JED) is the main air door for many Pakistan–KSA trips. Pilgrims fly it for Umrah. Families fly it for visits. Students and relatives fly it when Jeddah is the arrival city. If you are paying from overseas, families often reach the desk only on WhatsApp. Send the route, dates, and ages first. We still put the freeze in writing before any transfer. We will not invent a special overseas checkout on this site.
A freeze can still move if the airline inventory moves before you pay. That is why the written message matters: you know what was held, for whom, and on which dates. Do not transfer against a voice-only number with no message to keep.
Umrah ticket alone vs Umrah package
Ticket-only means the seat. Lahore to Jeddah, or Lahore to Madinah when that arrival fits, is frozen on the flights page path. Hotels, visa, and ground transport stay your problem unless a separate product covers them.
A package is a dated sheet on the packages page: ticket plus named hotels, metres or shuttle, the package visa path, and transport as that sheet lists. We will not say a package “includes free flights” as a slogan. We say what that dated sheet lists.
When the package is the better door: the family wants one written breakdown, named hotels, and a desk-handled package visa — not three separate vendors. Children, infants, and baggage
Ages follow the same definitions as the flights page. Adults are 12 and over. Children are 2 to 11 and need their own seat. Infants under 2 travel on a lap, one per adult, under the airline rules for that booking.

Send ages on WhatsApp so the freeze matches the people who are actually flying. A market range that ignored an infant is not the payable total.
