A written quote first
Read a dated Lahore package on the packages page, or ask for dates we have not published. Then ask for a written quote. The quote names the travellers, the occupancy, the hotels, and the company you will pay. A calculator total is not that quote. A WhatsApp voice note is not that quote.
The budget calculator is a budget. Occupancy is the published per-adult figure. Meals, ziyarat and gifts are estimates you can switch. Use it so the family total is not a surprise, then come back to WhatsApp for the figure you will actually transfer.

The account name must match the contract
Money moves only in the registered company’s name. The account title and the company name on the quote must be identical. If anyone — including someone claiming to be us — asks you to pay a personal account, a slightly different spelling, or a sister company, refuse.
Do not pay an HMB-named account if the quote names the registered company. HMB is the consumer name on this website. The payee is the company on the quote.
We will not take a deposit against a seat we have not confirmed. Other dates we have not listed we price by hand, in writing, before you pay anything.
There is no card form
This website does not take cards. Conversion is WhatsApp, then bank transfer to the account named on the quote. We do not publish a SWIFT fee table, an FX rate, or a “pay from Saudi / UAE / UK” tariff. Ask on WhatsApp what that written quote needs from your bank. Those costs sit with your bank, not as a figure we will invent here.
If someone in Lahore can visit the desk before you pay, they should: Javed Center, Moon Market, Iqbal Town, Lahore. Ask for the licence certificate there. We do not print a number we do not hold. We do not publish opening hours we cannot keep.
A payment plan only if the quote prints one
We do not publish an instalment product on this site. If a payment plan exists for your booking, it is on the written quote: what is due, when, and what happens if you cancel or if we do. If it is only discussed on a call, that is not a plan.
Do not forward a screenshot of someone else’s instalments as if it were yours. Occupancy on a dated package is the firm line for that date. A plan is extra writing, or it is not there.
After the desk verifies the transfer
Hotel and visa confirmations are issued in the pilgrim’s own name within 72 hours of a verified advance, not in the payer’s name, not in ours. The public booking tracker the family can open advances after that verification, not when your bank says the wire left.
New bookings close 90 hours before the outbound flight so those 72 hours are actually there. Paying late does not reopen a closed date. Closed dates live on the archive.
