You do not have to fly with them
The payer is often the son abroad. The travellers are often the parents in Lahore, or waiting on a Lahore departure. That split is normal here. It does not create a second package. It creates a forwarding problem: they need a page they can open, and you need a quote you can pay.

How far they walk is metres to the Haram gate, or shuttle. That measurement is the walking-distance Lahore guide. If they cannot walk the metres, say shuttle on WhatsApp. That is a hotel choice. It is not a medical ruling from this desk.
Paying from abroad
The method is the pay-from-abroad guide. The short version: written quote first, then the company account named on that quote, character for character. There is no card form. Do not pay a personal account. Do not pay an HMB-named account if the quote names the registered company.

Confirmations and the tracker
Once an advance is verified, hotel and visa confirmations are issued in the pilgrim’s own name within 72 hours, not in yours, not in ours, not “on request.” The public booking tracker the family can open moves after the desk verifies the transfer, not when you hit send at your bank.
New bookings close 90 hours before the outbound flight so those 72 hours are actually there. A last-minute “parents leave this week” message often arrives after that clock has run out. Closed dates move to the archive. You can read them. You cannot book that outbound date.

Visit visa is a different file

Visa processing on a dated Umrah package is typically in the inclusions unless that package’s exclusions say otherwise. The visa is not guaranteed. We complete the file. The mission decides.
What to send on WhatsApp
Names as printed on the passports, who is travelling, who is paying, the occupancy they will sleep in, how far they can walk in metres or shuttle, and the outbound month. That is enough to quote a dated package we hold, or to price unpublished dates by hand, in writing, before any money moves. We will not take a deposit against a seat we have not confirmed.
