A published package is a dated sheet: named hotels, occupancy prices, measured metres. It is not a promise that we can still file a visa and confirm those hotels tonight. Visa processing and hotel confirmations take 72 hours. We stop taking new bookings 90 hours before the outbound flight date on that departure so those 72 hours are actually there. Publishing the sheet earlier or later does not move this clock.
What 90 hours means
The clock is 90 hours before 00:00 Pakistan time on the outbound flight date printed on that departure. After that cutoff we will not take a new booking for that date. The day we published the sheet does not count. The package moves to the archive. The hotels and occupancies remain the figures we published. We will not pretend they are still for sale.
The extra hours above 72 are a working margin: files, confirmations and the desk all need the 72 hours, not a message sent at the last minute.
What you can still do
Open the archive. Read the hotel options and every occupancy. That copy is still true. Then pick a later date that is still accepting bookings, or ask for dates we have not published. We price those by hand, in writing, before you pay anything.
There is no card form on this website. Conversion is WhatsApp, and a closed date’s WhatsApp draft asks for a later date rather than a quote against a flight we can no longer file.
What this is not
The archive is where closed dates live. A date moves here 90 hours before the outbound flight. It is still the published sheet; it does not have to be deleted. It is not on the packages page, and it is not for a new booking against that outbound date.
It is not a from-price or a last-seat countdown. If a date is closed, the page says so in those words.
Questions we are asked
Seventy-two hours is the work: the visa file and the hotel confirmation. Ninety hours is when we stop taking a new booking, so the 72 hours are actually available.
To the archive. The sheet is still true. You can read the occupancies; you cannot book that outbound date. Dates still accepting bookings stay on the packages page.
Yes, for a later published date or for dates we have not listed. We will not take a new booking against the closed outbound date.
