Questions we're asked

The Saudi visa fee is USD 80. Two digital service fees of USD 10.50 each sit on top, plus the insurance premium, which depends on the insurer. That's USD 101 before insurance (ksavisa.sa, checked 14 Oct 2026). Your package price may already include all of it, so check the inclusions.

There's no official rupee price. The fees are set in US dollars, so the rupee figure follows the exchange rate on the day of payment. Agents also add their processing work, and the visa is filed with a package. Ask for a written quote that shows what's inside.

On our dated Umrah packages, visa processing is part of the published trip unless that package's exclusions say otherwise. Open the package page. The inclusions and exclusions are printed there.

Open ksavisa.sa and choose Track Application. Enter your visa or application number, your passport number and the captcha. The form needs both numbers, so get the visa number from your agent in writing. Use only websites ending in .sa.

Print the e-visa PDF on A4 and keep a copy on your phone. Carry one printout in your hand bag for Lahore airport and keep a second with you in Saudi Arabia. If you don't have the PDF, ask the agent who filed it.

A single-entry Umrah visa is valid for 90 days with a stay of up to 90 days. The multiple-entry version is valid for one year, 90 days per stay (ksavisa.sa, checked 14 Oct 2026). Your package dates still set your hotel nights and flights.

Regular Umrah visas are filed by authorised agents through Nusuk, linked to a hotel and transport package. Saudi Arabia's Nusuk Umrah platform also sells packages directly where your country is eligible. A visa with no hotel attached is a red flag.

The Saudi page lists the USD 80 visa fee as refundable and the two USD 10.50 fees as non-refundable. How a refund works on a package filing isn't explained there, so ask your agent in writing before you pay.
