A real Umrah offer is a dated sheet — not a brochure slogan
Every departure HMB holds seats on shows named hotels, measured metres, and a published per-adult price for each room. That is the live framing on /packages. HMB does not advertise a from-price.
If the offer has no departure date, no hotel names, and only a “from” number, it is marketing — not a sheet you can pay against. Walk away from that brochure until the five fields below are printed. A forwarded PDF with a teaser and a blank hotel line is still a teaser.
Open /packages and read what is printed that day. Figures move when inventory moves. The dated card is the source of truth. No evergreen blog number is the payable price — including anything you might have seen on an older message from this desk.
Umrah packages are one door on this desk. Ticket-only sits on /flights. Saudi visit sits on /visa/saudi. Dubai and other visit destinations sit on /visa. Full travel agency — never Umrah-only brand voice. Reading a package sheet does not mean every trip you take with us is Umrah.
The five fields you must see before you pay
Field one: departure date, nights in Makkah and Madinah, and the airline as printed on that sheet. Date is non-negotiable. Duration filters on the hub (14–20 / 21 / 22+) help you scan — they are not a substitute for the card. Live inventory has shown Saudia and Airblue on dated cards; do not freeze airline lists as eternal. Cite only what the open card shows that day.
Field two: named hotels in both cities. Hotel names, not “5-star near Haram” fluff. If a vendor will not name the hotel until after payment, walk away. A star adjective without a name is not a sheet you can verify.
Field three: metres to the Haram gate, or an honest shuttle note. Live cards show Haram gate distance bands or metres. Read the number. Shuttle-only distance claims without metres are a weaker sheet — say so calmly without inventing competitor audits. Metres are a fact on the card; “near” is a slogan.
Field four: occupancy labels. Sharing means four adults in one room, not five. Sharing is not always the cheapest occupancy — on some hotel options the quad is lower. Read the printed figure, not the label. Per-adult price × adults in that occupancy is the room economics. Do not invent a fifth bed, and do not assume a “sharing” teaser from another desk matches our four-adult definition.
Field five: the published per-adult price for that occupancy on that dated card — not a teaser. We will not paste today’s PKR cells into this guide as evergreen HMB prices. See the figure on that dated sheet on /packages. When inventory moves, the card moves. That is honesty, not a bait-and-switch.
When those five fields are clear, open a live dated card on /packages. That is the next honest step — not another brochure screenshot. Bring the date and occupancy you actually want to WhatsApp so the written breakdown can match the card.
What the package price usually covers vs what it does not
Inclusions are whatever that dated sheet lists. Typically ticket, named hotels, the package visa path, and ground transport as published — verify on the card. Do not invent a universal inclusions boilerplate that contradicts a live sheet. If two cards differ, the card you are buying wins — not this paragraph.
Common exclusions mindset: meals, extra ziyarat, gifts, excess baggage — unless the same sheet says otherwise. Exclusions sit at the same weight as inclusions. Read both before you tell the family a total. An occupancy that looks complete on WhatsApp is still not a household budget if meals and gifts were never written down.
Add meal and gift estimates on /calculator. That tool is a household budget, not a payable ticket and not a package quote. Soft use only — the dated card stays the firm line. Laundry, qurbani, and other extras stay out unless the same sheet lists them in.
Ticket-only vs Umrah package
Ticket-only means freeze LHE–JED or another route on /flights: market observation, then a written GDS freeze, then company-account transfer. Hotels, visa, and ground stay the customer’s problem unless a separate product covers them. That door is real. It is not a half-package with a hidden hotel.
A package is one dated sheet on /packages — ticket plus named hotels, metres or shuttle, the package visa path, and transport as published. When the package is the better door: the family wants one written breakdown and desk-handled pieces — not three vendors and three payment stories.

Package visa vs Saudi visit visa
Package Umrah visa sits on the dated package path. Saudi visit / tourist assistance is /visa/saudi — a different product. Ordinary Pakistani passports and eVisa myths live there, not on the package card.
Dubai and other visit destinations sit on the /visa hub. Do not mix them into Umrah sheet literacy. Do not buy a “visit visa” from an agent and assume it is the Umrah package visa — or the reverse.
Three doors. Three pages. Keep the labels straight before money moves. A family visit into Jeddah is not the same file as an Umrah package visa on a dated occupancy, and a Dubai visit file is not either.
Written breakdown → company account (how not to get burned)
Before money moves: get a written breakdown that matches the dated sheet — date, hotels, occupancy, per-adult figures, exclusions. A voice-only total with no message to keep is how families get burned. If the WhatsApp quote does not match the card, stop and ask why.
Pay to HMB Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd company account. Match the account name via /about and /verify before money moves. There is no card form culture on this desk — same honesty as /flights. Matching the registered company name is the check; a personal account with a similar nickname is not.
